Corrupted Chars can Seduce 1.1.4

A small submod to allow a corrupted Miao Ying, Katarina or Morathi to use the seduce units mechanic (from slaanesh-factions)
 

Some Details:

• the faction of the Char (Miao Ying, Katarina or Morathi) starts with -200% seduce budget to block other normal lords from the faction from being able to also use seduce
  • At corruption-stage 3: Miao Ying or Katarina will be granted a trait, which allows her to get a seduction-budget >0 (and therefore allow her to use the mechanic)
  • Morathi gets her trait at corruption-stage 2.
  • this trait will increase with each corruption stage to give access to more seduce-budget and better effects

• Required Mods:
  • for the Miao Ying Version (tdw_cth_seduce):
    • requires Lazy's Corrupted Miao Ying Progression Mod
    • requires PassingByPosts's Corrupted Compendium Mod 
  • for the Katarina Version (tdw_kat_seduce):
    • requires Lazy's Corrupted Katarin Mod
  • for the Morathi Version (tdw_mor_seduce):
    • requires Lazy's Morathi Ascension Mod

• for Miao Ying, the Tutor (from the corrupted Compendium mod) gives a small bonus to the seduction budget and is now only equipable by maio
• for all legendary lords who has a corruption mod (Morathi, Fay Enchantress, Katharina) or who are from a slaanesh faction (Azazel, Sigvald, N'Kari) -> they get an individual trait (f.e.: Fay Enchantress gets bonus to seduction cost for bretonians and other humans, Morathi gets bonus for Elves) when they are in maio yings faction (Northern Provinces) or Katarinas faction (Ice Court) which allows them to use the seduction mechanic too (doesn't matter how they join the faction (cheat,scripted events,...), it just checks if the Lord is in the faction)
  • the corruption mods for the other lords are not needed, but it obviously makes the most sense with them
  • works with Easy Cross Faction confederation scripts(yeah, I know shameless self-promotion)
• also fully compatible with the keep seduced units mods: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3175283222 (even if a bit op i strongly suggest it with this mod cause it makes army composition to some kind of pokemon like "catch them all")
