A small submod to allow Any Player Faction to get cross-faction confederation via Events with specific Lords   If any of the Lords is a vassal of the Player Faction for something between 20 to 25 Turns (Randomized value) an Event pops up to allow you to confederate, delay the decision or cancel it completly To get them as vassal you can use the "All Diplomatic Options" (available via steam workshop: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3032439976 )
