Yet another horse cock, but one that is very different.  This horse cock does not have balls, instead it grows directly from the vagina, replacing the clitoris! This horse cock has its own leathery labia mesh, which is overlaid onto the body's labia. 

Gave this a unique, as far as I know, specular/gloss setup.  The parts of the mesh/texture that inherit the texture information of the body will not get glossy, but the penis and leathery labia will.  This does slightly alter the color of the inherited areas, making the seam more obvious, but the pubic hairs can cover it up.  To get the speculars back to "normal" and remove the coloration at the seam, just change the specular settings to 3 and 10 in OutfitStudio.

Includes the TRX Futanari pubic hairs, 4 color options, sliders to lengthen and fatten the labia, and many sliders that can be used to create different shapes for the penis (even pseudo-foreskin).  The texture folders in the mod only include small placeholder textures.  The texture tool must be used.  The instructions are the same as the original.  Blender and an image editor that can handle png and dds files are required.

The mesh is set to use the same SMP physics xml as all my recent uploads, but will work with any other schlong physics xml.  Just open the nif in Nifskope (ignore the texture warning, Nifskope cares but Skyrim doesn't) and rename the xml to MaleGenitals.xml.

Install:
Activate in mod manager of choice or manually extract to Data folder.

Create textures using the texture tool.  Place textures in this mod's race folders.
Build mesh in BodySlide.  Filter for "balls".
