This mod uses the meshes from the very interesting mod "Namira's Goat" and uses them to make outfits to use for the UUNP body
This mod contains a total of 10 items to use:
6 Outfits with equally grusome details to use!
1 Set of hands to fit some of the outfits.
1 Set of Feet to fit some of the outfits.
6 types of viscera to go along with two outfits.
The beast races uses the feet and hand meshes from my other mod:"PJ - Beast Feet and Beast Shoes UUNP W.I.P"
Keep in mind these outfits will have clipping issues with certain Slider sets and are not that perfect.
you will also have some slight clipping if you have Belly nodes for your characters, but the clipping will be slightly noticeable if your characters are constantly moving, if they remain still, like a corpse, then there will be no problem!
Also, expect a lot of cliping with extreme sliders.
-How to get ingame-
To get these outfits in game open console command and type "Help Gore 4" without the quotes or you can also use the more useful mod "AddItemMenu" and look for either PJ or Gore.
-Requirements-
You'll need "Namira's Goat" mod for the textures of the gore.
Bodyslide and knowing how to use it (This one should be obvious)

Added one new Gore outfit, this one i put more effort to do so, since i had to use blender to make it.

Thanks to the info given by poblivion I manage to make all Gore outfits now available for every race, Vanilla or mod, thus Khajiit and argonian versions of the outfits are no longer needed, thanks poblivion for the info on how to do it! 
Attention
The outfit contains some errors, these error being a few holes on the top of the insides, this is a issue i have yet being unable to fix, but once i have fixed the issue it will come with the next update, thanks for understanding and pleasae enjoy!

This version simply fixes many of the issues from the previous version, fixes the newest outfit, the .esp and it cleans some things that remained in the older version, other than that, there's no new content on this one.
Previous version will be deleted with the next update, so there's no reson to get version 3.0.0 anymore.

This version adds a new mesh! PJ-GoredBody 6 this time with a semi-full skeleton, perfect for situations such as, death by acid bath or death by thousands of tiny critters!

This version also improves the skeleton meshes! the previous version used the ones from Namira's Goat, but i decided to change them to use the original vanilla skeleton meshes, i think it looks great!
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANY ISSUES! Im currently experiencing a issue where outfits are not adjusting to the "_0" weight... if you experience or know how to fix it let me know! it will be much appreciated!

This version add organs as decor, just like the first two "Guts" pieces that are currently in the game, how ever this adds more than just intestines, it adds a full interior of the human body, it comes in four versions for you to chose, check the latest image, you'll be able to see all the four versions.
I used the gore parts from Fallout 4 and successfully portem over to skyrim, only the meshes are original, it had some issues with the normals so i had to edit them a lot and since i couldn't find bloody versions of the guts i had to make my own, specular map was worthless so i just got rid of it.
REMEMBER TO BUILD THE NEW PARTS IN BODYSLIDE, OTHERWISE THE PARTS WON'T SHOW UP IN-GAME.
