I poop on my mesh, now I notice it. I'm still working on it but i'm a potato with blender so, as a fix for now, I used a custom WW bottom from @Pixel123123.

A quick guide for using custom body parts addons:
1) In game select open your sim interactions then under wicked choose body selector, If don't have WickedWhims you should is mandatory.
2) Under body selector select for this sims option.
3) Then at bottoms once WW's panel is open pick Pixel bottom
4) Enjoy a round butt
