How to use: 1. Install REDELBE if you haven't yet. (from vagonumero13's thread on this site)
2. Merge the Layer2 folder of the mod with the Layer2 folder in REDELBE
3. To toggle the mod, go into character select and press F while hovering over the "summer breeze" costume
of Kasumi, Phase 4, Nyotengu or Tamaki.

Future Plans
I'm planning on going through each character and adding "realistic" battle damage, based on the characters fighting style. But that will take forever. It's super time consuming just to make basic blood battle damage. Momiji is an example of that.
Now blood can be seen from a far and during fights. No more flickering, fading, and messing with your graphics card.
Drop in Layer2 if you already have recent REDELBE update.

Drop "Material" folder in "Rachel Uncensored Fient Costume" folder or whatever name you are using for that mod. Or drop all contents in the "Material" folder into "MaterialEditor"

Okay I was completely wrong, the blood glitches were on my end. I had to separate the blood and the sweat. Which I don't think was possible until a recent update with "Qg1t tool and rdbtool" a few days ago.
Now blood can be seen from a far. No more flickering, fading, and messing with your graphics card.
Drop in Layer2 if you already have recent REDELBE update.
Moka is under Lisa slot Cos 1, Ayane is under COS 2, Hayate is under COS 2
