Well you know, all of the essentials needed in Skyrim. Like succubus milk and succubus cheese, semen potions, succubus spells if you are a succubus and can unlock them. And general goods.

I think I had tried two of them which place houses at that spot. (Though I forgot which ones they were)

But at least the good old versions of ETaC should be fine.

This is a personal mod anyway. No plans of releasing this personal project. Nobody will ever have the same Skyrim as me. HAHAHAHA
