I used to play at World of Warcraft during a long time, seven years in fact. But eventually I stopped 3 years ago since I was part of a very competitive and endgame structure and I didn't have the opportunity to spend 20 hours a day every 6 month in front of my computer anymore.

I have always been quite amazed by this game. It's not brilliant, there is next to no possibility of roleplay, outside of raiding there is not much to do, the music sure is outstanding but the graphism are crap ... and there are tons of people. Why? Because the players are used to this game and all the others are copycat, so why should they move to something where they wouln't be able to play with their friends who remained on WoW? No reason.

If you're fond of Warcraft advise you to take a look at Johnskyrim's stuff but it's likely you already did. I find his work on legendary weapons incredible.


 

Ashbringer

Sulfuras

Thunderfury & Bulwark of Azzinoth

"Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker is the legendary sword once wielded by Thunderaan, Prince of Air during the five millenia war that opposed the Titans and the Old Gods. After his defeat, Ragnaros feasted on the essence of the Prince, but could not consume him entirely -- and thus, he instead stowed the remnants of Thunderaan's essence away in a talisman of elemental binding."
