One gotta give dear Luxia, aside from all other things, she also is a walking encyclopedia of every noteworthy being that ever walked on Nirn. I bet she could put every scholar that ever studies Tamriels history to shame. (And look great while doing so. ^^)

Bah it is a pope who was created by the author of the mod. Surely to add lore to Vigilant.
After do not look for writings on him, there is none. He never existed in TES.

Hmm, bridging worlds, does he? Should've simply made him an Arch-Prelate of the Alessian Order, pretty much the same thing as a Pope, but within TES Lore.

In fact the mods of VICN (Vigilant, Glenmoril, Unslaad) develops and exploits the dark lore of TES.
