Havok effects will not work in free camera (3rd person should be fine). This is a skyrim bug or smth idk
To bypass this you need a spell with magic effect (like it's done in Dripping when aroused)

I bind my custom spell on hotkey (with effect from SexLab Squirt Reborn) and cast it whenever i need it
