I am beginning to like that Ug Qualtoth person. To me he(?) seems more like a mischievous Telepath who forgets to stay in character on occasion, rather than some eldritch being from outer space. Because at one moment he is like "Muharharhar... Your unshackled, limitless Lust will fuel my return to your world!! And then ALL shall abide by the Will of the darkest of Dark Lords!"  Only to then continue (to Sa'lem) with: "Oh, and by the way: They sell good Hotdogs over at the "Raider's Respite". So, if you are hungy, go there. But don't try their beer. That stuff isn't worth spit."

So, yeah, not exactly your stereotypical Dark Lord I would say. 

p.s. Might be just the lighting but I do like Sa'lem's face here. Her eyes are like "Are you REALLY SURE about that?"?

So, yeah, not exactly your stereotypical Dark Lord I would say. 

Yeah, despite the theme of the stories going on I still try to walk the line between serious and a little humorous to keep things from getting TOO dark and sinister all the time. I'm personally a fan of shows like Supernatural that try to walk a fine line between a serious story and light-hearted humour to keep the viewers from getting overly depressed or angry, so I'm aiming for a mixture of that myself. I don't really like things that are super serious all the time; they drag me down. 

So yeah... Ug Qualtoth might not always act like what one might expect a typical 'old one', self-proclaimed god usually would. Even though he's mentioned in VERY brief snippets in a few of the Fallout games alongside other Lovecraft-inspired hints and nods (like the Pickman serial killer being named after a Lovecraft character), he never actually shows up as far as I'm aware (outside of a mod that someone made for Fallout 4, which is pretty fun and semi-inspired me using him too), so I'm using it in my own way. ?
