A bit late in posting this as I have just resumed playing The Sims. 

It's early Winter 1952.  The largest shipment of the year has arrived into Evergreen Harbor only to be seized by the WCPD (Willow Creek Police Department).  Despite the seizure of an unprecedented amount of cocaine, Captain Wilson Fisk is not happy as his precinct has been losing the war on drugs.  However, his exchange with Sergeant Tenpenny, leader of C.R.A.S.H, the anti-drug task force, indicates that he may be closer to the situation that he is revealing.  

Vito meets with Wei Shen, right hand man of Simkuza chairman, Uncle Po, in order to determine the latter's role in the bust down.  The cat-and-mouse relationship between Vito and the Simkuza continues.
