Maybe flip this on it's head from the original slaverun, which always seemed overly convoluted. Sure, ask the men what they think. But then for the actual enslavement, start by enslaving specific NPCs and give a "demonstration" of the "advantages" of having slaves. Then maybe these enslaved NPCs decide they like things better this way, sort of a mind break aspect to the enslavement process. Could tie into sl separate orgasms and aroused where you have to be able to induce a certain number of orgasms or get their arousal to a certain level and hold it there to successfully break them or something along those lines. But then once broken and everyone agrees, the enslavement process is complete.
 

You could wrap additional stuff around this, like it's certain NPCs that are enslaved, NPCs that could to be trained in enslaving with the option to have both male and female slaves, etc.

If I remember correctly Hod is the lumber mill owner in Riverwood. So if you want him to support Orgnar, the support should come after we "encourage" him with some benefits to his business(for example him becoming a main supplier for Whiterun hold). The quest could further entail getting rid of the competition(this inspiration came for your mod, when Pike talks about some merchant in the Riverwood inn). Lets for example call the quest "Unfriendly competition". A merchant comes from either one of the other holds, or from Cyrodil for a hostile takeover. He/she is is selling wood at obnoxiously low prices to Whiterun, thus representing the threat to Hod's business. This kind of story could go in so many different directions: Empire making Skyrim depend on them, A Thalmor ploy to further drive apart Empire and citizens of Skyrim(this would off course be a subplot of the entire quest, not its main focus). Will write more if you think that this idea works for your mod.(or you can take it from here if you like it off course).

Interesting idea, maybe I'm going to do this one for Windhelm. Showing Ulfric and the other nords some better use for the dark elves rather than having them sit around the gray quarter all day long. The riverwood quest is already relatively well developed and this would completely overthrow it again. 

But I still really like the idea.

Yes, Hod is the owner of the lumber mill. I like the idea and it could fit the more underground nature of the slavery organization. This is what I'm going to do.

Maybe if this competitor was female she can be enslaved for trying to take males business.

Technically Gerdur is the owner, Hod is her husband and thus is often considered the co-owner, but in the game Gerdur pretty clearly states that she owns the lumber mill (and the Jarl owns the land it's on).

Given that it might be more fitting to have Hod conspire so Gerdur becomes enslaved and he can take ownership of the mill.

I think Erikur should play a role in the enslavement of Solitude, rather than Elisif.

The scummy nature of him fits the theme perfectly, maybe he thinks Bryling or even Elisif herself would look better under any man that wants it.

For Hod, as well as any other NPC used as quest / task hubs in the mod... My suggestion really is just customizing the dialog around the idea of him renting out the PC for profit, or how failure will result in severe punishments, including permenant enslavement or being shipped off to be a slave in the worst areas of Tamriel...

Build lore up around slavery in around the continent, and hint at how slaves are treated elsewhere, especially by species like the Thalmor who hold all other intelligent species in contempt and would make perfect villains as slavers.

Using dialog to fake auctions would be great too... No need to do complex scenes with actual auctions, simply build it into dialog that Hod has been discussing the PC with prospective buyers. Invent a Good / Bad / Worst scenario where he mentions potential destinations. Good could be a luxury brothel, bad could be a free use whore in a dirty inn, and worst could be sent to the Falmor or Reiklings to be used up until they consume her.

In general, instead of worrying about complex events and scripted scenes, take time to inject some suggestive stories into the mix. I love when mods do this effectively. And eventually when someone creates a voice addon for your mod using XVASynth, it will make the mod 100x better.

However, should any additional scenes actually be created... The types I always welcome most are auctions, inspections, slave grading (related to inspections), and commentary from 3rd parties while the PC engages in sex (for example, while giving a blow job, a nearby NPC or even the recipient judge her performance).
