Is there a problem with your HDT? Those feet are embedded in the ground.

EDIT: Now that I look at it, so are Welynn's feet. Not HDT, then... just Skyrim.

Yeah, I noticed that last night. I think I'll have to do a Mk3 at some point.

You want to know what's weird about those heels? I tried everything to make 'em work and nothing did. Set the global offset to something like 30 - and the feet are still sunk in the ground.

So, just before I ask for help, I thought I'd see if was a problem for the PC or just NPCs. So I created a female char, gave her a set of heels - and suddenly she's levitating!

So I set the offsets to something sensible, got her feet on the ground and just for the hell of it hit the test button for my equipper script.

And suddenly the heels work for NPCs as well. Even without the PC wearing them at all, now. I'd forgotten how much fun this modding lark could be
