~Amy and her friends had just passed through the city of Nchardak in order to find the Black Book. Supposedly, the book would hold another clue to defeating the evil that had taken roots over Solstheim and enslaved its people.~
A bit of background... (Nexus image link)
As it turns out, Amiella had an encounter with a Daedric entity by the name of Illyria. This goes back to the days where she was just an apprentice at the college, but had to face some dangerous situations. At the heart of an old tomb, she encountered a doorway, leading to something called the Deeper Well, (Let's see if I can one day finish that as a proper quest mod) in it, something old was sleeping since ages untold, something that stuck with her ever since.
The Daedra's powers are a bit unstable, so she rarely manifests, except when she's needed, or something calls her attention.

And now we continue from where we left.
Chapter music theme:
And/or, this one:
The last time Amy had glanced upon a Black Book, her entire world began to spin uncontrollably, and she barely remembered what had happened.
This time, crossing the mind threshold to the book's realm, wasn't any more pleasing, and the distinct feelings of nauseated sickness, were no different when getting to the other side.
Once again, everything was spiraling out of control, her head spinning, her stomach twisting, and her ears, buzzing with something that felt like liquid fire.

It was then that she heard a familiar voice inside her head. Her inner other-half was awake after months of slumber...
- I will take it from here. You need to be ready for this before you can face it.
-AAAAGH!! Illyria... are you sure?... This place is not normal. Something could go wrong.
-I am. Besides, I've wanted to see this place for a long time.
-Ok... Do it...
...
-Lets see what this place really is.

-You probably do something dont you?

-As I expected, I'm not alone here...
-YYYYWWWHHHHHHAAAAAAAHLLL!!!!
-You missed!
-Your blows are completely unimpressive...
-GGGGRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAWWWWLLL!!
-I take it back, maybe you can hurt me after all
-Curious, I dont think my time powers are working properly in this realm...
-You still need to hit me though. And you missed again!
-This was mildly interesting... But. you die now.
-These lesser beings are no match for a god.
-And, now that we're done with that, let's see what we have in here...
-AAAGH!! What the...
-What... Where am I... Am I... me...?
-This is her memory... or mine... ours...
-I remember this, this was when I met the Augur... he warned me about the dangers of seeking knowledge
BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-And this means I'm back...
-This place...
-It's familiar. But it's all wrong.
-Everything is upside down.

-I wonder what...
As the light called her, the wanderer found herself lost in memory again.
-This was the first time we met wasnt it? You and I were always meant to find each other.

-So thats why this place is familiar... it looks a bit like home, a very long time ago...
-You made a promise that day...
-We made a promise, remember? That we would always help each other.

-One last book I believe.
-I wonder what this one will show us...

-Oh I remember this... this was when I first met Elisif... I was so nervous... Before she and I became such good friends
-She reeked of sadness, but then you told her that story...
-(Giggles) Yes, the one about that crazy night out with "Sam". I think we all had too much to drink, she laughed so hard at it...
-W-what... Where are we now?
-This was when I first met...
-Your wife
-Seems like a lifetime ago, but Serana has always been there for me, even after all the crap she had to go through with her family...
-And you could've chosen a darker parth, but you chose to help her
-I think I now know why the books showed us all these things.
-Why?
-Because you needed to remember, and you needed to know.
-Know... what?
-Yourself
...
...
-The Prince of Knowledge tests those who enter his realm. those who seek knowledge on the outside, become eternally lost, those who learn to know themselves, can be allowed passage through his halls.
-And I believe this means you have passed the test.
-You're ready now. And I need to go.
-What? Why? I cant be in here or my head will explode.
-You will be fine now. And he can't know I was here, or else he might not give you what we want.
-Are you sure?
-You're ready

Moments later, afer her head stopped spinning, Amy was back at Nchardak with a worried looking Serana over her, as well as a worried but also very bored Lydia.

-So?! What did you see?
-I spoke to Hermaeus Mora...
-And you're acting surprisingly sane, what did he tell you?
-He will help us... but...
-There's always a price with Daedra isnt it?...
As the party prepared for their next destination, they all knew that Mora could be up to no good with his request, as simple as it sounded.
