When Spells Go Wrong

This was the scene in my secret lab earlier today:

Let me introduce you to the girls, since we're here. This is Korinna. Her father had the dubious distinction of being the first Ayleid noble to lose his head to Pelinal Whitestrake.

Urzul here was the daughter of the Warlord who founded the shortest lived Orsinium of all time.

Cymbanwe's father was the last king of the Falmer. Unless the blind wrinkly ones have kings as well, I suppose. You know what I mean.

Kerah's dad was a warlord of the Ra Gada, back when people still called them by their proper name.

This is Vannyn. Her daddy was a noted High Rock scholar who accomplished a great many things. One of which, sadly, included being eaten by a Daedroth.

And this little kitty is Ankhari, whose father was briefly a merchant prince of considerable wealth.

Honorable mention goes to Hellne, the Nord of the group.  I was going to show you her picture as well, but before I got around to taking the screenshot...

... I decided to try and get the rotating words working with the little jars. Turns out the damn things don't scale from papyrus. They scale just fine from the console, but not in papyrus for some reason. And while they don't technically have collision,  they still somehow manage to push things out of the way when they spawn. Like jars and actors and suchlike.

I shall try again with pre-shrunk words.

Incidentally, does anyone know if you can take the reference of an AnimObject? Or are they like inventory items that don't have a reference while they're equipped? It would make life so much easier if I could hang these items on the AO. I suppose there's always spells...
