Now it is time for the basic setup.  You've got vanilla fallout 4 all DLC 
Step one: Documents/My Games/Fallou4/ -  select Fallout4Custom - right click edit with notepad++
- now add the lines

- Now save

Step two: time to download mods (updates happen and there is a medium amount (about 100)
The mods and their individual dependencies plus patches for the following
Frost, Agony, Fallout 4 Highheel System, Fusion Girl, Bodytalk, and AAF
These mods plus their dependencies and patches are the foundation of Frosty As Fuck

Step three: a girl save and a guy save.  Fusion Girl and Bodytalk are dependent on an existing save for their respective gender for bodyslide and outfit studio to recognize that they exist.  Since we are building from scratch to avoid unclean data folders I suggest moving you game saves to your previous fallout 4 modded mega folder so as to not lose any progress.  When you want you can take a break and play something knowing that your previous modded Fo4 is already good to go

Step three and a half: Unique player Fusion Girl edition,  I don't have any experience with this mod other then reading up on it.  If you want to be more unique then use it.  I am at this point myself.

Step four: create or pic a Fusion Girl body, check the build morphs box - build - batch build repeat for a male character

I am going to leave this here until I myself have completed:
steps 3 (I have yet to make a male save)
Step 3.5 ( I have yet to decide if I am going to / be able to use Unique player Fusion Girl edition
Step 4 (until step 3.5 is completed I am unable to do step 4,  I have to read up more on it.  Do I do step 4 then step 3.5 then step 4 for my own character???)

Day 3 is testing that everything we have done is working and that all patches are included and everything is up to date

Day 4 is clothing packs for Fusion Girl and or Bodytalk with the Highheel system

Day 5 is any game enhancements: lighting, light sources, AI tweeks, game/weapon/AI balance issues patches/esps, CWSS for showering, Get Dirty for bathing with soap in a puddle of water

Day 6 is character / AI changes: Idle posses, makeup, hair, tattoos, eyes, eye lashes

Day 7 is quests: long short, one offs, recruit-able companions within the Frost world

Day 8 is AAF: sex animation packs + dependencies, AAF mods that have a bigger impact are something I haven't decided on yet are as follows
AAF Hardship, M.C.G., Violate, Vanilla Fudge, Prostitution, Raiders Pet, Sex em up, as well as others
 
Thoughts on outfits/quests/AAF mods/animations packs/companions would be helpful as I am new to Frost and I can only guess based on what that version of Fallout 4 is described as
Side note if you have an issue/solution to install order based on the days let me/all of us know
