[DOA5LR] Timmy's Private Stash, Tips & Tools - UPDATE(11/21/18): Kinky Overalls

Recommended Posts

Since you are experimenting with the "damage" mods..can that be implemented with your Marie gym mod?

Her gym outfits can be made easily breakable, but I think it kind of looks awkward with this amount of breakage lol :bush:

Odd or not it looks waaaaaaaaaay sexier! Or better yet, the entire gym wearing gals with damage like your Christmas outfit.

Btw you forgot our anniversary celebration :(

Oh my ..   :o
I'm the bastard here now D:
Don't worry dear T.B., I'll compensate it with the cutest and kinkiest costume ever made for genfu and his wrinkled dick!
(I'm so glad that this comment will be wiped during the transition process lol)

Looks like our silly comments are here to stay now, lol :bush:

Seems like the silly bromance is stronger than any site change :D :attachicon.gifbushy.jpg:

Hot damn, that is some bush you got there, lol.

Looks like the site is back to normal again - the time has come for another round of breakable teases :D

Following the failed loose panties experiment with Xmas in July, I spent a little time making Valentine Breakable Remix (all of them are based on Leifang's valentine outfit and are transformed using my transformer. too lazy to make for all of them with such slight differences).  As usual, I try to make the breakage "make sense," and this time I think I may have a greater degree of success, lol.

Added Naotora to the mix. It is relatively simple to add the mole to her breast for those that are not afraid of getting their hands dirty with tools.

It is once again transformed from Leifang's valentine outfit since, unfortunately, Naotora doesn't appear to have one.

post-781013-0-43946900-1468180561_thumb.jpgpost-781013-0-74213600-1468180562_thumb.jpgpost-781013-0-10370800-1468180564_thumb.jpgpost-781013-0-54867900-1468180565_thumb.jpgpost-781013-0-39189400-1468180567_thumb.jpgpost-781013-0-07127000-1468180570_thumb.jpg

How to add the mole to transformed Naotora's breast in a few simple steps:
1. Download the mole mesh https://www.mediafire.com/download/0y03948ay7b00wj (or you can extract it yourself) credit to Harry Palmer
2. Transform a model to Naotora
3. Use TMC Polygon Insert tool by Mr. Doutoku (link can be found in one of my posts here http://www.loverslab.com/topic/50997-doa5lr-timmys-private-stash-tips-tools-updated-031816-converter-v046-transformer-v026-updated-tutorial-texture-pack/?p=1505562)to insert this mesh into the skin slot of your transformed TMC (mesh group drop down box should clearly label which one is skin)
4. Change skin texture to Naotora's nude skin (vanilla nude skin can be downloaded here http://www.mediafire.com/download/3mntm6twyos4t3f/Naotora.zip credit to Harry Palmer)
5. Fap away :D

Please note that since the mole mesh only fits on Harry's Naotora nude shape, this method most likely won't work for HLOD or other alternative body type (such as RZ fighters for instance) models for now, but similar workaround can be done with relative ease.

For some unknown reason, it seems difficult to escape the endless loop that is DOA5 modding :D A few weeks ago I tried my hands at making some of these breakable outfits which revealed a few issues in my TMC parser code which has since been resolved. I hope the fix at least gets some of you who still care about my tools unstuck when editing some TMCs.

Today, I decided to release an update to my transformer that I have long been putting off mainly due to laziness. It is mostly a convenience update that helps to make this tool a little bit easier to use for most people who don't like to mess with tools.

Without further ado, here's the short version:

Change Log

V0.3.0

- The "From" Character can now determined by Character Skin MtrCol as a tie breaker or in the case where there is no clear character indication from the TMC file name. Please note that a few characters share Skin MtrCol, so this is still not 100% reliable. Please verify before proceeding.

- Added automatic Skin MtrCol replacement. Replace Skin MtrCol should no longer be necessary, but it is still included as a back up method in case something goes wrong.

- Added automatic Skin and normal map texture swap. The transformer now uses textures in the Textures subfolder and uses them to set transformed model's skin and normal map textures. These textures can be changed to the ones to your liking as long as you follow the naming convention.

- Added logic to "remove" the mole from Naotora's chest should you choose to transform her to any other characters.

Long version:

Since using the tool still requires a bit of know-how with various DOA5 tools (although they should be quite easy to operate), I've decided to add the following convenience features into the transformer that will hopefully make some of your lives easier :D

First of all, a bit of change in the UI layout again to accommodate the new control -

post-781013-0-62575300-1468368990_thumb.png

A new control "Automatic Skin/Normal Texture Transfer" has been added that will set the skin and normal mapping textures for you automatically, as the name suggests, as part of the transformation process now.

As part of this change, I've also added the functionality to automatically update the Skin MtrCol for you. Unfortunately, there is no toggle for this feature, but I've tested it and it seems to work well enough to be included as a standard feature. The tools from Harry are still available for launching directly from the transformer, but I've added a pop-up warning to indicate that it is no longer necessary to use skin mtrcol replacer.

post-781013-0-50412100-1468368991_thumb.png

Please hit "No" instead of "Yes" to let the transformer transfer the skin mtr col for you. The skeleton patcher is still there and can be useful for transforming mods made using more old school methods (such as most of my earlier mods) where automatic bone and collision transfer would some times cause issues.

post-781013-0-49079100-1468368992_thumb.png

New messages in the status window to communicate what the tool has done.

I've also noticed an issue with Naotora where her mole would be transferred to other characters who don't have the mole and would cause strange texture issue if the skin texture is updated. As such, I've added in some special logic to handle this case.

Nude Naotora to others

Official Naotora to others

post-781013-0-21553800-1468368997_thumb.png

Since this mole is relatively difficult for most users to erase, I've decided to let the transformer handle the job. What it basically does is to set the UV of the piece of skin that mole sits on to be the same as the section of the breasts it rests on to effectively render it "invisible."

To add the mole back, I've got a simple tutorial here:

1. Download the mole mesh https://www.mediafire.com/download/0y03948ay7b00wj (or you can extract it yourself) credit to Harry Palmer

2. Transform a model to Naotora (preferably low SF or adaptive mode)

4. Fap away :D

The thing is I can probably spend time adding this mole transfer to the transformer tool, but I doubt her popularity is high enough to warrant such effort. I figured that the mole transfer is easy enough that those of you who are not afraid of getting your hands dirty with tools should be able to perform. I will consider adding this feature should there be demand for it.

A long overdue and very popular request is to make the "From" character auto select smarter. The way it used to be implemented was to just look at the name in the TMC file and make an educated guess. Now I've added in additional logic to use character's Skin MtrCol as a tie breaker in case there is no character name or there are multiple character names in the TMC file name. However, since a few characters share the same skin mtr col, it is strongly advised that you verify the "From" character before proceeding.

post-781013-0-09875100-1468369000_thumb.png

Currently, the textures provided are the reference Harry Palmer nude textures (huge thanks to Harry Palmer for providing such excellent nude bases), but they can be swapped out for textures to your liking. Harry's textures are all shaved, so please feel free to replace them with what you prefer as long as you follow the easy naming convention. The texture files should be dropped into the folder pictured below.

post-781013-0-07366100-1468369001_thumb.png

Here's the naming convention for texture files:

<CharacterName>.dds indicates the regular skin texture for transformation between any character

<CharacterName>_NM.dds indicates the normal mapping texture for transformation between any character

You will also notice a set of _HLOD files, here's what they do:

<CharacterName>_HLOD.dds indicates the skin texture for transformation from Honoka to others, since Honoka uses a different set of UV, she needs to have a special set of textures.

<CharacterName>_NM_HLOD.dds indicates the normal mapping texture for transformation from Honoka to others.

*HLOD textures included in the tool are provided by SaafRats. This wouldn't happen without the MoP looking out for us :D

If you follow the above naming convention, you can simply drop your textures into the folder and have the tool automatically set them for you. You can, for instance, keep a set of bushy textures and a set of shaved and exchange them on the fly whenever you feel like using one over the other :bush:

Please note that since there are two kinds of formats, the tool can mess up in some situations. In these cases, please uncheck "Automatic Skin/Normal Texture Transfer" and do the texture manually with texture tool. Currently, the tool figures out when to use Honoka based textures is to check whether or not "Honoka" is the From character or if the TMC file name contains "LOD" (yeah, i know it's stupid, but it seems to work okay in my test cases, lol).

Updated tool can be downloaded here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/50997-doa5lr-timmys-private-stash-tips-tools-updated-070116-converter-v051-transformer-v029-xmasinjuly-breakable-anniversary-edition/?p=1460252

Here's my own texture pack since I like them bushy :bush:

Two texture packs are included in the download - Harry & Saaf's reference textures and my personal favorites - TimmysFavorites :D

http://www.mediafire.com/download/mkt5jf7351gslx3/TransformerTexturePacks.zip

As usual, any feedback is welcome.

Angry Dick Inducing Test shots! Included in the spoiler are some of my tests. I've included my transformation setting for each of them for your reference.

For some unknown reason, it seems difficult to escape the endless loop that is DOA5 modding  :D

*sigh* We are just cursed, T.B., nothing to do except for keep doing this until get bored, take a break, and then repeat the cycle until death lol

It's good to see these new "automatic" features included in your converter. Although it was already easy to use before (for those who knows how to read...), I'm sure that even more people will get more motivation on using this superior tool.

As for the character recognition strategy, why not just put an "or" into your code, between "Mtrcol" and "Name"?

Currently, the tool figures out when to use Honoka based textures is to check whether or not "Honoka" is the From character or if the TMC file name contains "LOD" (yeah, i know it's stupid, but it seems to work okay in my test cases, lol).

Not stupid, that's actually the "KISS principle" in action here hah.

Give some rep ups to this guy, he's using his time for making this stuff for free after all!

Lol, we are both trapped in this purgatory filled with naked boobies... yumm oh wait, yeah, where is the way out again? I imagine I will lose interest again in a few days and then come back again and so on and so forth.

I think the biggest issue is that most tools come with little or no documentation, so it can be confusing for those that want to pick up DOA5 modding. I hope these convenience/automatic features will make the entry into hands-on DOA5 modding a bit less daunting for some.

As for the character select thing, I thought about using what you suggested, but due to my laziness, the name matching is much faster than opening each model, checking their mtrcol and making sure every single number (~52 of them) are the same can take a bit of time, lol. So I made it a back-up method as a tie breaker. I know you have unique naming conventions with many character names in your TMC files, so this is for you :D You will notice a bit of slowness in response when you have many character names in your TMC file name as the tool tries to figure out which one it is really for. I didn't want to keep a database in my tool, so I make it go through this thing in a dynamic fashion every time. The plus side is that this works for all user defined references as well.

Not stupid, that's actually the "KISS principle" in action here hah.

So true. Simple yet effective, if I do say so myself :bush:

I think the time has come to continue with the secret project Genfu? lol

That's right, most of the tools are difficult to understand (for people who is starting on this) and as there's not a lot of info, so trial an error ends up like the only learning method.
You had put a lot of documentation in your tools anyway, so newbies can't complain about the howto.... hmmm but maybe you put too much info? (remember, KISS! lol)

checking their mtrcol and making sure every single number (~42 of them) are the same can take a bit of time, lol.

Come on, that likely takes just a few nS lol (I guess?)... but anyway, you are again using "the principle" and that's a good thing :D

Yeah, it's not much, but still can be kind of slow if you are sensitive to that kind of things lol. Since the tool goes through every reference to compare Skin MtrCol it would be faster to have a database to read the stuff from, but I'd like to keep things dynamic for better maintainability at the expense of run time complexity (a very small degree :D)

I remember, back a while ago when we were much more active, you and Lola used to make fun of me writing too much crap (and I still do lol) lol! It's actually one of the reasons I started publishing "short version." Good times.

Yes project Genfu! Not sure if there will be any bushes involved though, lol!

Oh, a minor update to the tool - cosmetic correction since it really bothers me that the outgoing versions of the tool has windows out of alignment so I fixed it and uploaded it again to the same location/download link http://www.loverslab.com/topic/50997-doa5lr-timmys-private-stash-tips-tools-updated-071216-converter-v051-transformer-v030-a-step-closer-to-full-auto-transformation/?p=1610859

Messed a little bit with the motion data for the very first time since I am totally inspired by the work Harry's been doing.    Thanks to Harry Palmer for such an awesome discovery.

It's a super rough attempt since I am an extreme amateur when it comes to editing motion data and camera stuff, but I think it's not so bad as a first attempt.

I find this outfit I made for Marie extremely fitting for such a dance though, if I do say so myself :bush: Aside from the complete lack of any pole and the fact that she not only can walk on water, she can dance on it too, lol, it is very angry dick inducing :D

I am having a bit of trouble controlling the camera's parameters and the character placement, though.

Nice find on that, dear T.B.!

Well, but you know that we want to see another character doing a rough (and painful) coconut-tree poledancing.... and I'm not speaking about Honoka haha.

edit: FUCK!!! this is my 666th post... It was supposed to be something special :(

Damn you timmy bastard... hail satan :(

I'm sharpening my spoon. These eyeballs are coming out TONIGHT. Do your worst lol, I'll be completely genfu proof before the sun rises.

lol, thanks for the encouragement Sir!
Well, try to keep your eyes a little more. We MUST port nude genfu to FO4 first, in order to fulfill your most dirty fantasies with wrinkly old balls on the wasteland...

Hi man,

I've downloaded bunch of the destructive mod, add them to my AutoLink file, but it doesn't work

I believe that it must have some other thing i should have other than the mod itself right ?

I'm very begginer in the destructible mod so it would be amazing if you could tell me what i need to have, or maybe just link me to when you said it.

thanks !
