What is the HDT Physics Extension for Skyrim?
 
The HDT Physics Extension for Skyrim (HDT) is a plugin for the Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE). It uses the Havok physics engine (Havok) that already exists in the game and applies it to other uses in the game.

When originally released, the extent of the use of the Havok physics engine was restricted to things bouncing around; whether they be dead bodies, the odd skull, or a room full of weapons. If you wanted a cape that flowed when you ran, it would have been an animation that detailed the movement. While this simulates realism, it isn't realism.

HDT Physics Extension alleviates the problems associated with animation by actually using the physics engine that is part of the retail game. Through some creative use of SKSE, HydrogensaysHDT (the author of the Physics Extension plugin) has provided a set of tools that create game physics objects that interact and respond to the world around them. A ponytail can bounce off a womans back, a cape can flow in any direction and boobs can bounce around and react to touch.

could you post some more info like what setup you are using (skeleton, body, armour, race and HDT info)

 

EDIT: Also who is "character 0002725d"? a follower?

sorry asking is monsto forum down? http://hdt.monsto.com/forum/index.php tried couple times and its looks like goes offline and im in need on help with just for fun tool there, because installed all necessary things and its not work at all.

 

The monstro forum is gone for good. Most of the stuff there has been shifted here, and this will be the main base for HDT now.

Thanks for the HDT Physics it works great better than the BBP that comes with skeleton.  Hope you guys are still working on improving it because I have no idea how to do it myself haha.

12-29 seems stable for me when i was using chsbhc body not one issue with it i run quite a mod heavy game to like 90+ gonna try with sevenbase keep up the good work and thanks.

im going try so 12-29 tonight, im with like 210 mods and usign flora overhaul also, with somber/polo enb, polo goes light, but somber its way more heavy of polo , im with cbbe big boobs at weight 100 so i guess goes a good to test, using saferyload and ssme its a good to test and post impressions.

hmm okay i tried it with sevenbase still no ctds caused by it i checked the hdt log also just to confirm and its all running normally,  also @fenrir19 i use racemenu with the ECE plugins for chargen morph and have no problems with them,  oh  do have you an updated racemenu because there were some bugs with it and hdt but it has been fixed now,  it was an issue with the net immerse override if i remember right

They're not the same thing, one is for physics the other for heels.
