Can someone help me finding these mod please?

No not yet, because Seren needs to convert them to his custom eye meshes. He's currently working on the eyes of beauty pack and I made the same request as you to him a while back and he said he'd probably will do it after he finished the eyes of beauty pack.

Can somebody give me a step by step tutorial on how to create a character like this or similar?  My hard drive bit the dust and I'm running a fresh install so I lost my character :(

some pics, so you need research a bit to find owners names and ask what they do to make that chars, maybe you can got answers, depends of owner if hes wanna share that or not.

at chapi collection unpb  have really similar one, but the top area (near neck its different, i guess the person made a retexture (looks like more just add some new meshes if take close look at string line, goes lil too dark if compare with whole fabric) or can be a whole new one,idk ): http://www.loverslab.com/topic/18455-dadag-and-chapi-armorsdownload/? worth try if wanna.

btw its same file of here? : http://game.ali213.net/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=5145729&ordertype=1 (467.81MB) because same name but size why different. Going test and report in a few minutes. Yea, tried and no lucky at all, anyone wich know chinese can help on that?
