Oh you have no idea hehe, I may be moving to a new place with lots of room soon so FO4 will be interesting. I've never tinkered with the Fallout mod kit, I'm expecting a lot of goodness. I feel goosebumps just thinking about it. I can think more loosely about the game lore as well

Well I'm active'ish, I just recently updated a DS Armor conversion other than that haven't had much time to do stuff. I helped a dude here with converting a Doflamingo playermodel as well. Wish I had more time to mod again. Maybe I should try to get more days off work...

Looks like I was using an old version of Nifskope. I resaved the nif files with the new nifskope, I think it should work now. Care to check? Sorry dude, I'm staying away from lore-unfriendly conversions. Sad, don't work. All invisible. So far, just this. I've also got Sunny and Merry from http://www.models-resource.com/psx_ps2_ps3/onepiecepiratewarriors/ I want to put them in somewhere just for show, would be nice for screenshots. Also been wondering if I could set up facemorphs for the one piece chars so I could make em into cool followers.

Heheh Yeah, I just had to bring the One Piece mod to life. That previous thread made me feel bad releasing a non-working buggy mod so I made it up with this one. Aw man, I know that. I just figured it wasn't that important.

He is up there now, along with the previous playermodels I released that were buggy but I fixed em for good now.

Try using Optimizer Textures on the texture directory for the mod.

I'm doing them on my time (whenever I get the motivation) and Law is someone I'd like to convert. I need to check if he's available in the game. I'm sort of just doing it on my own time, so no promises. I'm going to put the other chars I previously did in this as well. Don't expect anything speedy, one piece models have massive hands for some reason.
