Talking about lightweight long-term restraint mechanic: So, I want to share an idea, since I use Devious Regulation and PetProject mod before: The idea is to bind the player with a device like a curse. The player can obtain a temporary buff through a ritual, for example at High Hrothgar. While the buff is active, the device is removed or inactive. Once the buff expires, the device is automatically reapplied through magic. The device type and the buff duration could be configurable through MCM. Shottly: Ritual performed → get temporary freedom → buff wears off → restraint again. Player will avoid quick load, unlike random mod change, when the probability outcome is bad. Unavoidable, because it's a curse. Radiant or daily quest, not one way mission done, repeatable.

old mod there is called Devious Guard and another City Bondage. but in my opinion myself is rarely roaming in town except sell junk or store the collectables. mostly roaming with additional land or quest expansion. I think it's good if Licence mod if future update that player mandatory wearing some DD. like Plug (Bikini) and Belt (Armor) license simillarity as tertiary. as I know only collar avaliable. good one can configure with all we need, depends on location. even in wilderness, cave, dugeon, city, house or somewhere, acordding location keyword. should be avaliable here. thanks for Lazy Palm.
