Need some help with merging of followers

I am in real need of some help with merging mods, mostly followers mods right now is making me angry.

My problem is my followers get grey face all the time or i CTD when i enter the area they are in.

i use MO2 with merge plugins, in setup its setup to handle facegen/voice/... so on more or less default settings, the followers dont have BSA or scripts just texture/meshes folders.

Did you convert the meshes and textures? Does NifScan show any errors?
