Noob needs help

Hey folks.  I've spent some time reading on the various forums but I'm a little confused.  Hopefully someone can either provide some answers or point me in the right direction and educate this noob.  First question, what's the difference between devious framework and the devious device framework?  Second, will the devious device mods work with Skyrim SE?

Thanks to all the folks who are making these awesome mods!  They really add so much to the game!

Devious framework has absolutly nothing to do with Devious devices if you would read the description you would see that devious framework name is rather misleading

That mod only makes sense to use with his other mod "devious framework support" adds multiple features such as

With both mods you get features like

A timeout after beeing raped for wearing armor

Blocking certain armor slots when wearing devices such as for example blocking chest pieces when wearing piercings etc.

The biggest feature the leash game which allows npc's flagged as slave owners to put a leash on your character which binds you to them until certain conditions are met. They will walk around with you if the npc has a set route, equip devices on you, put you in furnitue instead of releasing you, can walk you to simple slavery auction instead of releasing you.

It also provides some furniture options so when you get in a furniture it can lock you in and people come by that play with you or release you

and I think thats pretty much it maybe read through it yourself to see more details.

And devious devices obviously provides well all devious devices we know it provides the assets (dda) and a integration (ddi) so the devices have functions and devious devices expansion adds countless new devices and is the mod that devious devices gets expand on hence its name (ddx)

No devious devices wont work with SSE unlike you port it over which didnt happen so far as far as I'm aware as people still wait for the release of SKSE64 which is in beta now.

"Devious devices framework" in most cases refers to Devious Devices Assets (DDa), Devious Devices Integration (DDi), and Devious Devices Expansion (DDx).

"Devious Framework" is a mod that adds some locking features to bondage furniture and a few other things.

They are separate things, made by different people.

Devious Devices Expansion is often shortened "DDx" to not mix it up with Devious Devices Equip.

So simple that I didn't understand it. There again, I'm old enough to remember sentence structure and punctuation.
