wich system requirements? New Notebook

I want to buy a new notebook (to be able to play skyrim in a better quality).

1. Can you please tell me a good pc right now? 

2. What system requirements should the pc have in order to play in good quality?

3. I always had windows. Is a mac really better?

Maybe you should tell us how much money you can spend on the notebook so we may be able to provide you the best configuration which will align with the amount.

For gaming desktop pc is always better choice than laptop if possible. Skyrim is pretty old and doesn't need latest technology so second hand gaming laptop or desktop pc would be just fine for it.

Processor Intel i5/Amd FX with 4 cores or more is good. 8 Gb system memory and graphics card something like Nvidias 960 series is good enough. And stay with Windows if you dont have any specific reason to go for Mac.

Propobly when u buy a new machine, there will be time when You will want to play with ENB. Trust me  

Most of presets like snapdragon etc need some power. Even my laptop have problems

Buy normal PC standing with at last i7 and gtx1060 x1. You will have some power and be prepared for VR to - the cheapest way i think.

If you want to play games, skip Mac's and laptops.

Mac's don't play shit.  To get a good game playing laptop you're going to have to spend a fortune.

 

Build yourself a good desktop.

From a gamer perspective and with a "limited" budget, a desktop is always the best choice, since it gives youthe best performance per dollar\euro

I also think that probably a desktop pc is the best. But I really want to have a laptop. 

I'm ready to spend 1200 $

Currently I have an Intel (R) Core (TM) i7 -3630QM CPU 2.40 / 2.40 GHz, 8 GB, 64 bit, x64 processor, 
with a nividia geforce gt 640 m
(Toshiba Satellite P870-336, 5 years old...)

Nevertheless Skyrim crashes very often and the laptop gets very hot. And the game is jerky......
