[HELP] Need guidance in addintg sex to skyrim

Hello, I'm sort of really noob when it comes to modding, I've been looking around and I saw all this people claiming the video is actual footage of skyrim modded, but man that looks way too good to be actual game lol, so I would like to mod my game to look like those skyrim videos pretty girls, with jiggling boobs, well you get the idea lol. So where do I start?

So just to clarify something, if a guide says to download something, and the given file is has version A in the guide, but in the actual download website the vile has version B (updated) I download the newest version of the file right?

FNIS Idle Spells v4.0.2 is not there anymore, is FNIS Spells V5_0_1 -- ADD-ON for the spells the one?

Also, is there like a discord server or something like that where someone like me can go for support? Waiting until someone replies is just so time consuming.

All these Links must be updated or something, MO labeled as *Unmanaged* Everything that I installed from the first link manually, and I don't know how to remove them. It should say to install all that stuff through MO.

Just my humble opinion.
