How to install Elin Race Easy

Hi i try to installed the Elin Race but its very confusing for me where i need to start

 

Can someone send me a step by step list with requiered links?

The essential indications given by the mod author are to install first version 2.0 then version 2.1:

{UPDATE - Elin Voice v2.1 with Throw Voice Replacer Options} Tera Elin Race

Follow the step-by-step recommendations and comments given by the author on the corresponding mod pages. Everything is explained there. There is no "easy" way to install this very particular race, but if you want to install something that requires less manipulation and in a similar style, you may try this mod made by the same author:
