Is there any way to go into devious devices and disable the gag-talk minigame?

Or as the very least set it to always result in a successful attempt to unlock dialogue. Personally I find this mini game annoying. Using other mods like Deviously Cursed Loot's gag talk does not help me circumvent the regular gag mini game either. Thanks

You should look at the newer versions. From DD4 there is a new gag-talk without randomness and failures.

Unless you're using a gag that's classed as hard to talk with, then you need writing tools to talk.

Deviously cursed loot also has a gag talk override which will let you use its system, which always succeeds eventually
