Azmodeous55 Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 So, I've finally decided to venture into skyrim sexlab mods. Hooray! Now, if only I could get the animations to play.... Now, I managed to get everything installed, ran FNIS for users (.exe) and ran through SKSE loader and the game wasn't broken. Woo! That's about half-way there! THEN, I decided to test a few things out. Results: - Textures seem to work fine. Both SOS & Creatures have their dongers on right. - Hentai Creatures definitely work. Extensively tested... - Arousal works fine. - Dripping arousal also works. - Hentai Pregnancy - seems like it's working for the most part. - The milk animation plays for the NPC's but I can't seem to make it play for the player character. Edit: Works fine. I was looking in the wrong section for the spell for player animations. - No noticable belly buldge, despite being pregnant. - Other animations - Can't seem to trigger the regular human on human animations. Not sure why. Note: I CAN get males to get naked and aroused, but I can't seem to get the sex animations to play. (My character has been horny for *days* without release) So, here's what I'm working with:* Skyrim Special Edition (legal copy, no pirates here!) SKSE64 2.0.7 XPMSSE Fores Behavior 7.3.1 Fores Spells 7 Fores Creatures 7 CBBE + Bodyslide SkyUI 5.2 Sexlab 1.6.3 + hotfix Sexlab Aroused 2.9 Creature Framework 1.1 Shlongs of Skyrim 2.05.021 Hentai Pregnancy Lazy Tools More Nasty Critters Hentai Creatures SLAnimLoader SLAL Znaroks Pack 3.0 (SE) Horny Creatures Dripping When Aroused Various vanilla mods (including a camera mod) SL Pleasure (this one said it was for sexlab lite, not sure if that's causing an issue) SL Matchmaker Light (another one that was for SL Lite) TL;DR - I need to figure out how to make the human x human animations play/work. I appreciate any and all comments. *All these are for Skyrim Special Edition.
tasairis Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 You cannot use SexLab Light mods with regular SexLab. They don't work. However Pleasure's "Light" does not mean SL Light but that it's a smaller/reduced version of the "Full" one. (There's also SoS Light which is named that way for the same reason.) But MatchMaker Light is definitely for SL Light. MatchMaker isn't available for SSE but I've heard enough people say that the Oldrim version works as-is without conversion so grab that one. PS: You should be only installing SSE versions or converting Oldrim mods to work with SSE. Don't just install them and forget about it or you'll set yourself up for problems later (if not now). There are rare exceptions like MatchMaker, but converting everything won't do harm and not converting something might.

After an extensive testing session (new save and everything) I had come to the same conclusion (that the sexlab lite mods weren't working but sexlab itself was fine). Could you direct me to a resource on how to convert these from Oldrim to SSE? I've tried a few searches and I can't seem to come up with anything useful.
tasairis Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 That "conversion" post has some information you should check out: Spoiler File Compatibility This is not a guide to converting mods. Here are some: * Nexus wiki * Arthmoor's notes * Draco Torre * Dirty Weasel on YouTube: Converting Mods (Set-up and Tools), Converting Animation Mods * Nexus: bchick3 ≈ .bsa / Archives - Unpack with Bethesda Archive Extractor into loose form. Repacking with Creation Kit is recommended if you use NMM.? .dds / Textures - Varies. Use NifScan -fixdds to find and fix problems.✗ .dll / Code - Not compatible. These must be updated and recompiled for SSE by the author, or if sources are available then by someone knowledgeable. Difficult.≈ .esm / Master files - Convertible through Creation Kit. Use SSEEdit or Wyre Bash to turn the file into a regular .esp plugin, convert, then turn back into a .esm.≈ .esp / Plugins - Convertible through Creation Kit. Open in Creation Kit and save. Mod authors should deal with warnings, mod users can probably ignore them.≈ .hkx / Animations - Convert using a Creation Kit tool (guides by dnalloh1987 and by Trythane).? .nif / Meshes - Varies. Use NifScan and SSE Nif Optimizer to find and fix problems. Nif Optimizer is not perfect. May need NifSkope for some problems.✓ .pex / Scripts - Compatible. Script dependencies are still required. If recompiling, note that SSE Creation Kit moved where script sources are expected. Basically, you see what files are included in a mod and deal with them appropriately. Unfortunately there's no one single tool for everything. That post also lists lots of LL mods, some of which have special notes but most of which are just straightforward conversions. And if you have any questions about what to do, or you have problems, that thread is the place to post about it for help.
