Finetuning sexlab for VR

Could we have the ability to touch breasts, flip the bodies of our female partner, move them around, having sex while moving and running around?

ROFLMAO! In a word, no. That would require touch sensory technology. Which isn't even supported by Skyrim VR. Nor is the hardware commercially available or advanced enough to simulate anything even remotely as complex as the texture of skin. You'd get inflating sacs to represent something's mass and resistance at most right now. And not fine details, just a very blunt sensation of holding something.

Not the ability to feel someone's breast, but slap them to trigger the bounce physics on the boobs.

I think thats what he meant. But uhh You can just grab a mug and slap it against someones chest. Same result but sadly less exciting.

That I don't know about. It depends on how the physics are handled in SK VR. As well as whether or not a player's "hands" can be flagged as something other than weapons so a slap isn't interpreted as an attack. Gloves, maybe?

A Mesh that could be picked up and looks like a Hand, something like a Mug you can throw around and activate certain physics with.

Maybe something like that ?
