The First Lady of Hats Posted May 5, 2018 Posted May 5, 2018 This leaky smudged mascara style look, I am seeking it or something similar to it. I know I've had it on my lists before too, but buggered if I can remember what it was called. Raven's paints had a similar thing in, but raven's paints have fucked with racemenu since forever. It's probably something really daft and obvious I'm overlooking, but hell, any ideas? or a similar one kicking around somewhere?
