I need help guys Please - TERA CASTANIC ANIMATION

I recently found a mod for a castanic moveset shown in this video.

 What I really like about this mod is how sexy it looks when you draw weapons especially when drawing an arrow.
But I rarely see that animation because most of the time I draw arrows while sneaking so that animation will not play. Is there any mod for that? Or any way that will enable your character to use the standing animation while sneaking.

I found out list with files "mag_..." and after my character got T-pose 

How to make those anim in casting magic and idle...
