Pregnant npc without sex mod

So, I am looking to add a pregnant npc to my game-- from what I can tell, the pregancy mods here require various sex mods, which at the moment I don't need.  Is there a simple way to do what I'm trying to do without the sex mod requirements?  I'm probably missing something obvious.

What you can do, is download the pregnancy meshes (+Textures) that you like from the various pregnancy mods here on LoversLab, add them as a normal outfit to your mod, and assign it to the NPC you wish to assign it to.
