Remove unremovable items from inventory

are there any mods that allow for dropping unremovable quest items from inventory? e.g. elder scrolls and black books. right now i'm using winterstone castle home mod that lets you offload them onto mantle pieces but if there is a standalone mod that lets us get rid of these things that would really help. any ideas?

If you do plan on using Delete Items, I'd recommend using Utopium's Utilities instead. It includes Delete Iems as well as a bunch of other handy tools in one mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/84032

They're incomparable because they both add completely different things. Both are very useful though.
