ziaccer Posted November 8, 2019 Posted November 8, 2019 It ran fine until i changed something about the mods and then it ran like crap. Changing things back made it brake completely. Honestly I suspect MO being at fault here, that thing gave me all sort of glitches.

Probably best to start a new mod profile and play and add mods slowly as you go. One modder just dumped his Windows mod profile into a Linux environment expecting everything to work, but he had similar issues to you. Since the Linux filesystem is case sensitive, copy and pasting mods from an ntfs partition to Linux ext4 can cause issues, as can playing with mods on Linux but on a ntfs partition. This is the reason I only use ext4 partitioned drives only in Linux. Other than that I've not experienced any issues with my mod profile. I normally have a "testing" and "stable" profile, so if I spot a mod which may have caused an issue with gameplay or saves becoming borked, I can roll back to a previous save after removing the offending mod from my profile.
