Armbinder won't come off

Hi,

I've been playing with sexlab and devious devices for a few years now and I have run into a multitude of problems. Most I have solved through serching through the forum though.

 

But now I have run  into a problem i can't seem to solve.

 

When I get into a armbinder i won't come of again. Sure, i find Sharp objects and can cut it off, but it still won't dissapear. Graphically the armbinder are still there and the effects apply, but it's gone from the inventary.

 

Does anyone have any ideas that could help?

Are you  running any mods that modify the DD scripts or its items?

I didn't spot any I know of that conflicts, but is it a normal DDi/DDx armbinder, or one of the extra coloured ones added by DD equip you're trying to use?

It's an ordinary White armbinder. I Think it's leather but it's a bit hard to tell since it doesnt appear in the inventory.

I Went back a few saves until I'm not wearing any arbinder and try to equip one. The armbinder appears graphically but if i exit and enter the inventary none is equipped. If I try to equip again I get the message that Its impssible to wear two arbinders at the same time.
It seems i got one stuck on me a while ago and allthough it's discarded it's somhowe considered there.

Come to Think of it, tha same happened with a plug a while back.

That sounds like it had somehow gotten into a broken state. Did you update DD from 3.x to v4 on this save?

No, I did that Before starting a new game. And I'm not exactly longing for running through early game again

There's a good chance you'll be fine, just look out for items getting stuck like that again.

Sigh, I Went back to my very first saves, in the prison, and I still get the same problem. I started a new game from the begining and it seems to work.

Seems I'll need to start over again, with all the setup and Everything. It's hard to get very far in to the game witout something fucking upp

Deviously Cursed Loot's safeword tool seems to work pretty well.

 

I've had a few items that got broke, but I was able to remove them in the console afterwards.

Nope, Safeword didn't work on this. I might try the console, i'll just have to figure out how . And since the device doesn't appear in the inventory I'm a bit sceptical.

You may well find it's still visible when you check inventory in the console - and therefore can be removed in the console as well.

 

It helps to have removed everything else you are wearing/carrying and dumped it in a nearby container first.

Ok, I'll try the console when I get home tonight.
To spawn the binder I'm using the mod that gives you two spells, one to search and one to brows through the esp's. I'm not by my gaming rig now so I cant't check the name of the mod.

Hey, what do you know, this actually worked.  I got rid of both the armbinder and plug that wouldnt go any oter way.

Damn it, I cheered to soon.
There seems to be three broken items, a plug, a belt and an armbinder. I can remove them through the console but as soon as another item of one of these types are to be equipped it instead equips the broken one.

If I, for example, tries to equip a black armbinder the broken white one equips instead, but it doesnt show in inventary.

If I try to equip a gold chastity belt the broken padded one equips. Again without showin in inventary.

The same with plugs.
