Miraak Mask Scales Texture

I'd like to know what texture mod Miraaks mask is using here, I saw it in one of CamelWorks videos, as is common, youtubers don't always provide a list of what mods they're using, so I can't figure out where this texture is from.

 

 

It could be a private texture of course, but if not then I hope someone can point me in the right direction, thanks in advance!

I use the HD Miraak Remake and I've had a look at the Glorious Miraak Retexture, those are not the textures being displayed here, they don't have the scales on the masks surface.
