BAD END type mods - Only know one so far

So, I got this idea in my head just a moment ago when scanning this forum and the F:NV request forum looking for stuff I could help with.
In Alternate Start Live Another Life, there is a possibility to get beheaded with the "Captured by Thalmor" start.

A lot of us on here use Death Alternative and Defeat which of course.. pardon my pun defeats the purpose of "losing" the game traditionally.
Are there any mods out there that 'kill' the player or maybe zombify them as a bad ending? For the zombify one they'd have to cure themselves before they can escape, using Slavetats or Burn/Freeze/Shock to apply the zombie effect to the skin.

I know there is a vore mod for Nasty Critters, of course this is a kill move, is it? @_@
I think this type of end could work from Quests like From The Deeps or Ravenous, idk my mind wanders now.

I believe Slaverun Reloaded has a bad end option included in it.
