Conrtol where Enemy spawns happen?

I downloaded a fort for my character and with MY Home is Your Home, it was great to see followers take positions guarding the parameter and engaging the random dragon, or spawned assassin that came to close but it had me thinking is there a mod that in which you can lay down a marker/beacon where groups of bandits would spawn at attacking the fort, is such a thing available/feasible? I know mods like Tundra Defense exist but for various reasons I cannot add it to my setup.

If it's just spawning your looking for you can setup a batch file that you can just execute whenever.

Probably might want to go a bit further so it has a percent chance of happening each game hour perhaps
