Sexlab animations not running, & skyrim crashes

I have two issues currently. Issue 1 is that animations in sexlab do not play. I've tried reinstalling the mod, reinstalling and re-running FNIS, cleaning sexlab, making sure all of the animations are registered, and yet none of them play. Second of all, i have seemingly random crashes and I'm not sure what causes them or how to fix them.

I don't know if the same but it's about a long time now that i can't sprint or and shield charge.

(The fact is i can actually sprint by making a block otherwise nothink happen then i realise i run faster than i sprint)
