Skyrim.esm and update.esm disabling

So I'm having issues with NMM, and have been for weeks. I've reinstalled the entire thing numerous times, reinstalled windows, re-validated windows, revalidated skyrim, reinstalled it, reinstalled mods, searched for fixes, yet it keeps disabling Update.esm and today it decides to disable both.

It disables them as soon as I launch the Skyrim Launcher, and when I click Play the game runs until the Bethesda logo completely ends, and it crashes.

Now heres the weird thing: everything was working just fine until I installed BetterVampires (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9717) and it did something peculiar; even with Dawnguard, it made everyone attack me as a bloodstarved vampire which had never previously happened. I then uninstalled the mod, ran it and I still was attacked. After reinstalling Dawnguard, the Update.esm and Skyrim.esm disabling began.

Not sure what to do, scoured everything with update.esm auto-disabling and found no solutions.

Edit: Forgot to add my load order, here it is

Load Order (1)Load Order (2)

Crash at the beth logo is almost always going to be a missing master or a master is below the one that needs is to be above it in the load order. Unzip and run TES5edit and it'll start loading all the mods that you have installed when it hits a error in the load order it'll stop read what it says and fix it. Close TES5edit and run it again and keep doing it till it no longer crashes and is able to load everything up with hitting an error then try your game again.

Alright so I extracted & ran it, but its got that Editing is Disabled error; what do I do to fix it?

Looked around online for it, found only solutions for people using LOOT and such.

Update: After experimenting with a few things, it was a mod that didn't show up in NMM that I supposedly uninstalled, due to not having one of its required mods which I didn't have installed.

Problem solved, really appreciate it man and thanks for the help.
