Carreau Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 I have a mod for a custom companion that I've previously released. I'm going to be releasing a new version, but want to move her spawn location from the temporary interior cell I've had her in to a new cell. Is there a method in the Creation Kit to move an actor's spawn marker? I'm admittedly dumb when it comes to using the world editor within the CK.

Have you tried deleting the marker from the cell and placing it in the new cell?
Carreau Posted April 12, 2018 Author Posted April 12, 2018 That regenerates the refID (since it’s based on the marker). I’m trying to avoid that. I’ve done that once before when I was doing tests on the companion and moved her from sanctuary to her current spot. The current spot was always meant to be temporary until I could get into world building. I floated this to the hive mind at Nexus, and moving her by script was suggested. I was originally against this, but it’s looking to be the most ideal way at this point.
