Console Command - Enable NPC (without NPC Present)

so everyone knows how to mouse click on an NPC and disable/enable them... but what if the NPC is not present but not dead? for example after the College of Winterhold quest when you are Arch-Mage and Mirabelle is "presumably" dead there is no way to enable her because you can't select her. you can "player.moveto 1C1B9" and it teleports you to one of the dorms where she usually resides off hours but she is not materialized. please don't bring up the "player.placeatme" command because that is just a copy of her and not the original.

so i've been getting around this by have a save before the quest and i save with her in the screen, then i save after the quest is over. what i do then is load the save prior and console select her then load the save post quest and then if you go into console her info is still on screen.

i'm sure there is a way to do this without this duct-tape method, i just don't know the syntax. any ideas?

You'd use the prid command along with the actor's Reference ID.  Type prid "0001C1B9" and then hit enter, and the reference should show up on the top of the screen as if you had clicked on her.  Then you can use any targeted command as you like.

the mod "Are You There" can do this for you without having to know the RefID, use caution if using that mod though as it can pull people from

places they need to be at.
