Exe used is Sims 4 x64 run as Administrator. When starting a new game, adding a sim, then enabling custom content I can see the names of the sims from these mods listed, but all the portraits have a big red X in them and if I select them I get the error "Could not locate this item". -I have all the required DLC -I have installed all the TRAY files into the Tray folder root (no sub folders) -I have installed all the PACKAGE files into the Mods folder (a) to the root, (b) into a CC subfolder Things I've tried to resolve the issue: -Turned it off and on again (the PC). -Re-Downloaded and Re-Installed the mod files -Reset the Sims 4 folder (move it, let game recreate it, copy back mods/saves/etc) -Rechecked requirements (none specifically listed, all seem included) Important to note that some custom sims from other mods also have this problem, so it's not an issue with this mod I'm sure, it's me. However I do have some other custom sims that do work perfectly as expected, and all are installed in the same way. I'm out of ideas, any solution would be greatly appreciated. I'm obviously missing something major.

I don’t know if I’m missing something, the only one that is showing up for me is angel smalls. Her Tray file is in my tray and so is the CC but still not showing up.
