Is it possible to make one spouse jealous of another spouse who is having unwanted woohoo?

In KinkyWorld there is a setting with 4 stages: Never, low, medium, and high iirc. These basically control the amount awarded when the situation happens. I don't know the exact numbers, so I can't tell you for example, how many times you could 'get away with it' while on low or medium settings.

 

Having it set to high would make it 'very possible'.
