Sexout Gotta Catch em all problem

During the quest 'Gotta Catch em all' in tryout, the one where you need to kidnap various ncr personnel, I cannot get the option to chloroform ranger ghost. I can talk to her, and can do her quests, but never get the options to kidnap her so the quest seems to just stop. Is there something I am doing wrong, or is there a way to fix this?

I think you have to change the "smalltalk" to "smallertalk" mods, but can't guarantee that works
