Chiquita Dave Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 Alright, here we go. I have installed very few Sexout plugins, not because very few interest me, but because I can't install a lot of Sexout plugins. Allow me to explain: I am apparently supposed to use FOMM to download Sexout files, but if I try to it doesn't install them: If I try to install them in any way with IE, it is in an unknown format or damaged. If I try to install with Firefox, it both opens it in the "Fallout 3 TESnip" which I have no clue how to work in any way whatsoever. i am a stupid man stupid stupid stupid man, i am a stupid man la la la la la
zippy57 Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 What do you mean FOMM isn't installing them? Is it not actually putting the files in the proper directories?

Not sure, it simply doesn't install them: I prompt Firefox to install the mods with FOMM, but 1. It apparently brings it so something that isn't New Vegas and 2. It brings it to something that isn't even the mod manager

FOMM doesn't download mods, only installs them. And as far as I know you cannot open FOMM through a web browser. It is a separate program.

KainsChylde Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 Download the mod by clicking on it, selecting a folder, and clicking OK. Downloads should work the same regardless of browser. Once you have the mods downloaded open the FOMM program, click Package Manager, then Add FOMOD. In the new window that opens navigate to the folder you downloaded the mod to and double click on it.

zippy57 Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 You pick a folder in which to save the file.
Chiquita Dave Posted September 15, 2012 Author Posted September 15, 2012 You pick a folder in which to save the file. FOMM hates me at the moment, it crashes whenever I try to get the package manager up: but thanks, I got the instructions running and I should be able to work it if I can fix FOMM.
