Parts of armor in image - arm and shoulder

Hi, does anyone know what the armor on the arms and shoulder (pauldron + scarf) in the image are from?  I know the torso part is from Elite Rogue Armour but don't know where the other parts are from.

Might be a private mashup, but it would be easy to duplicate.

 

Pauldron looks like it's from regular old Dawnguard armour (so just use one of the nexus mods that uses separate vanilla pauldrons) and the cape looks like the one included in Zzjay's wardrobe to go with her armour sets (I'm not sure where the mesh originally came from, possibly a Witcher 2 set. But that mesh is definitely a standalone item in the wardrobe).

I'm not sure if you can get it from another mod but I can see that it's a small mashup of the pauldrons from Heavy Dawnguard Armour and the scarf/shawl from Scarlet Dawn Armour. I don't expect you to go out of your way to replicate it but hopefully that helps you find it somehow.
