how do you distinguish if a mod is an adult mod ,  just showing nudity or must contain adult sex scenes and animations?

Oblivion and new vegas both have animated sex mods. Conan exiles has animated sex as well. It's still a little light on features but it works.

Since you mentioned Sexy Beach Premium Resort, which is an Hgame, I'm gonna suggest that you play Honey Select. Currently the best 3d Hgame imo. With the mods from this site, you can bang all of the Dead or Alive girls and Tekken 7 girls. Even some girls from other games too like Harley Quinn from Batman or Lightning from Final Fantasy.

The Resident Evil games have really good nude mods, or at least some of them do. 5 and 6 are great, Rev 1 and 2 are great. 4 and 5 are questionable. It is a bit hard to track them down though, since there isn't really a centralized hub for them.

Good idea about creating a list of moddable games in this way...

 

There is a lot of games (even here) that is not listed in some way, so you dont even know if LL has mods for them...
