problem mods and WickedWhims

Hello,

 

i have underneath mentioned Sims 4 installed.

Conform instructions i placed mods and WickedWhims into the mod-folder.

With another Sims 4 installation (don't know which version) icould place mods etc in the mods-folder and use them.
with this version i can't.

 

Please can anyone help me?
